Idea Cappuccino

The Idea Cappuccino is the ultimate machine in the professional coffee equipment category. The Idea Cappuccino’s Italian parentage gives it an aesthetic edge while its Swiss design allows it to create espressos quickly, efficiently… perfectly.

Because the Idea Series is modular and the Idea Cappuccino has sister machines (Idea Luxe, Idea Cups), it can easily become a powerful and versatile tool in a demanding environment. At a push of a button. the Idea Cappuccino’s 4.6-pound bean hopper feeds a conical burr grinder made of tempered steel.

Between 9 and 14 grams (depending on setting) of fresh, evenly ground

coffee then enters Saeco’s patented brew group. which doses, tamps,

and brews the espresso out of the adjustable dispensing head.

The Idea Cappuccino is fully automated with 5 programmable brew buttons and 3 programmable milk-adding features.

 
Cappuccinos and lattes can be made on demand with the exclusive built-in Cappuccinatore, or large quantities of milk can be frothed manually with the powerful steam wand. All operational features are automated. The Idea Cappuccino’s zinc-plated, oven-cured, steel body is rust-proof and easy to clean. For high frequency environments like cafés, large restaurants or hotels, the Idea Series is the height of professional coffee.
